"Over the years, I did not pay much attention to my health. I used to eat whatever I wanted and never used to exercise. I gained a lot of weight and struggled with chronic fatigue and hypertension. I was introduced to Dr. Deepa's lifestyle coaching over a year ago. However, I only started applying her advice to my life around two months ago.

With her guidance, I made dietary changes and added scheduled time to exercise. With these simple changes, I lost 8 kilos in 2 months. I Recommend This Course

The Time to Transform course is a holistic approach to health and wellness. The course covers diverse aspects ranging from Spirituality, Mental Health, Diet, Exercise, Sleep, Social Connections and Psychology.  Whilst covering a broad range of topics the course is backed up by scientific data, medical expertise, and gives accessible insights and practical advice that can be easily applied.

I was already interested in the subject and consider myself to be reasonably well-informed having read a few health and fitness books and following various podcasts. I was surprised at how much great content was packed into the course giving fresh insights and deeper knowledge across multiple aspects of health and wellness. I felt that all the most important areas of Health and Wellness were covered including some that I had not considered. This is quite rare as most experts tend to focus on 1 or 2 areas. It is hard to give a good overview of such a diverse range of topics in a concise way that is meaningful and easy for the average person to follow but somehow Dr. Deepa manages it.  

If this material  was available as a book I would definitely buy it.  I recommend the course for anyone who wants to better understand health and wellness. Either to improve your health, overcome challenges, or for those who are already blessed with good health and want to maintain and further enhance this.

An Excellent Course

 The Time to Transform course presented by Dr. Deepa, an expert in her field, was very insightful. Dr. Deepa unpacked and quickly unlocked a wide range of information, leaving you feeling well-informed and ready to transform. With the information provided, we understood the impact of our everyday decisions on our health and that we have a say in our well-being. We are not simply doomed by genetics, but we can make a difference in our health by focusing on the different pillars discussed and making small changes at first.

Sadly, today, when visiting medical professionals, the root cause of our health problems, whether it is mental, physical, or emotional, is often not addressed, and medicine to alleviate the symptoms is prescribed, which in turn has other health consequences. I love that Dr. Deepa has recognized this and is working to educate and coach people to understand the difference they can make in their health. It is an excellent course that I recommend anyone attend. Dr. Deepa is gentle, considerate, kind, and highly educated in her field; she is approachable, and regular folks are not intimidated by her knowledge but feel she is easily approachable and easy to relate to.
