"Over the years,  I did not pay much attention to my health. I used to eat whatever I wanted and never used to exercise. I gained a lot of weight and struggled with chronic fatigue and hypertension.

I was introduced to Dr. Deepa's lifestyle coaching over a year ago. However, I only started applying her advice to my life around two months ago. With her guidance, I made dietary changes and added scheduled time to exercise. With these simple changes, I lost 8 kilos in 2 months.
