1. Statement of Nondiscrimination

5.0 TLC - Medical complies with applicable federal and state laws and does not discriminate on the basis of any federal or applicable state protected class. TLC - Medical does not exclude any person from receiving care or treat any person differently on the basis of these protected classes. 

2. Help for People with Disabilities

If you have a disability, we offer free help so you can take part in your care. This includes sign language interpreters, materials in accessible formats, and other reasonable support during telehealth visits.
