This interactive 8-week group coaching program will teach you everything you need to know to build healthy habits that you can be proud of. You’ll learn how to:

With a simple shift in your mindset and some smart health practices, you could start living the life of your dreams.
What's Included In The Program...

MODULE 1
FIRST THINGS FIRST
This first week is kick-off week. We will work on your personalized plan and create your baseline, including:
- Complete an intake questionnaire
- Set your individual goals
- Establish your baseline (your 'before')
You’ll finish this lesson with a complete picture of the journey you will take using the six key pillars of health and set your goals to incorporate them into your daily life.

MODULE 2
PILLAR 1: CREATE SPIRITUALITY HABITS
In this lesson, you’ll learn the key ways to look at yourself internally and learn how to:
- Take time to detox and strengthen the spirit
- Create sustainable spiritual habits
You’ll finish this lesson with new habits that you can incorporate into your day and a plan to make it a consistent practice.

MODULE 3
PILLAR 2: MENTAL WELL-BEING
In this lesson, you’ll learn:
- Daily practices to cope with normal stressors
- Delve into self-care and how to apply it to day-to-day living
- Improve productivity at work
You’ll finish this lesson with key habits to increase self-belief and create the life you always wanted starting with a positive mindset.

MODULE 4
PILLAR 3: UNPROCESS YOUR DIET
In this lesson, you’ll learn:
- Identify foods that promote life versus those that induce disease.
- Detox your kitchen.
- Introduce supplements that can enhance overall health.
- Start a 10-day food detox challenge
- Share favorite recipes with each other
You'll finish this lesson with a clear plan for how to make healthy changes to your diet.

MODULE 5
PILLAR 4: EXPLORE MOVEMENT
In this lesson, you’ll learn:
- Various means to increase steps to 10,000 or more a day
- How to do fun indoor activities as a group
You’ll finish this lesson with tangible ways to add more movement (beyond the gym) to your daily activities.

MODULE 6
PILLAR 5: SUNSHINE, RELAXATION & SLEEP
Participate in relaxation activities such as group yoga, dance, or cooking. In this lesson, you’ll learn:
- How to add daily habits for getting sunshine, more relaxation, and sleep.
You’ll finish this lesson with a stronger sense of what you need in each category.

MODULE 7
PILLAR 6: CREATING COMMUNITIES
In this lesson, you’ll learn:
- Identify personal hobbies and special interests.
You’ll finish this lesson with a new appreciation of what you love to do outside of work and family.

MODULE 8
CELEBRATION!
Our last week together will be all about celebrating your progress and the key ways you have transformed your habits to improve your lifestyle.

I'm Dr. Deepa Grandon
I’m a double board-certified physician and a diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) and the American Board of Allergy and Immunology (ABAI). I’m currently enrolled in the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and will be board certified in Lifestyle medicine in 2023.
With over 22 years of experience working as a Physician Consultant for influential organizations worldwide, I have decided to launch my own Health and Wellness global virtual company, Transformational Life Consulting (TLC).
